Optimize
Build feasible rounds from your orders and your constraints.
On quotationAccording to scope and the number of vehicles planned
- Round optimisation
- Configured business constraints
- Data imports and exports
- Key indicators

Four plans, one quotation based on your operation: functional scope, number of vehicles planned, sites, integrations and level of support. No public prices: the quotation follows the demonstration or the test of a real day.
The optimisation engine is the same in every plan. What changes is how far Travia supports the day: planning only, having it executed, or steering several sites over time.

The quotation specifies the plan, the number of vehicles planned in Travia, the sites and the integrations chosen. Contractual terms are those of the terms and conditions of sale.
Go-live is never included in the subscription: it is real work on your data and your rules, quoted according to your operation. Three levels cover most situations.
One operation, one main depot, common business rules, order import by file or standard connector.
On quotationSeveral depots or activities, specific rules to model, an ERP or TMS integration to specify.
On quotationMulti-site network, custom integrations, historical data migration or particular security and availability requirements.
On quotationThe level is set after the analysis of the operation, in the first week of deployment. The typical four-week schedule is described on the home page.
No. It is quoted separately, at the Standard, Advanced or Complex level, because it involves real configuration and testing work on your data. The subscription covers use of the platform and its evolution.
Yes. The plans build on each other: what is configured for Optimize remains valid for Operations and Control. Moving up adds features; it does not restart the project.
We count the vehicles planned in Travia during the month, not the whole fleet. A reserve vehicle that is not planned is not charged.
No. The real-day test comes before any commitment: it shows what Travia would change in your operation and lets you choose a plan on an informed basis.
Send us your current rounds. We reproduce your constraints and compare the results with your current organisation.
