Measure your rounds
before changing anything
Two documents made to be used tomorrow morning at your depot: a short guide showing where a delivery day loses time and kilometres without anyone noticing, and the round sheet that lets you measure it in one week, with a pen. Free, without obligation.
Two documents, one week of measurements
- PDF, 7 pagesThe guide to the seven invisible losses
- Seven pages. For each loss: what you see, why it costs, how to measure it this week, and the question to ask dispatch. No savings percentage: the figures will come from your own days.
- Excel, printableThe round sheet
- One sheet per vehicle and per day. The driver notes arrival, departure and odometer at every stop; dispatch fills in the promised time windows. In five days you have comparable days.
- Email, optionalOne tip a month, if you wish
- A single idea at a time, drawn from the days we rebuild, anonymised. Optional, and one word is enough to stop.
Three fields
and it is in your inbox
Both documents are emailed right away, and the links appear here. Nothing else follows unless you tick the tips box.
- No newsletter, no reselling of addresses
- Your data is used to send you the documents and nothing else
- One word is enough to stop everything
Before you leave your address
What do you do with my address?
It is used to send you the two documents, together with your first name and your company name, and it is kept in the site’s request register. If you ticked the tips box, it is also used for that monthly email, which you stop with one word. It is never passed on to third parties or used for a newsletter.
Why ask for an address for a PDF?
Because the guide and the sheet are the start of a conversation, not a brochure: if your measurements show something, we would like to be there for the next step, the free diagnosis of a real day. You remain free to do nothing more.
Are the documents really free?
Yes, unconditionally and without obligation. They contain no figures promised and no advertising, only the method and the sheet.
