5. Purpose of the site
The site presents Travia, a product of NETZERO SWISS AG: a platform for round optimisation, fleet control and field operations for businesses. It is intended for information and making contact. It constitutes neither a binding offer — Art. 7 para. 2 of the Swiss Code of Obligations states that sending tariffs and price lists is not an offer to contract —, nor a guarantee of results, nor individual legal, tax or technical advice.
The precise terms applicable to a project — functional scope, volumes, price, service commitments — are set in the contractual documents signed between NETZERO SWISS AG and the customer, in particular the terms and conditions of sale and the corresponding offer.
6. Intellectual property
Travia is a product of NETZERO SWISS AG, which holds the rights to it. The Travia name, the logo, the tagline Smart Routes. Reliable Future., the visual identity, texts, site structure, interfaces, illustrations, diagrams and photographs are protected by Swiss law, in particular the Federal Act on Copyright (CopA) and the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UCA). Protection under the Trade Mark Protection Act (TmPA) is reserved to signs that are actually registered.
Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, extraction, reuse or distribution, in whole or in part, on any medium, is prohibited without the prior written consent of NETZERO SWISS AG, subject to the legal exceptions — notably private use within the meaning of Art. 19 CopA, which does not apply to software (Art. 19 para. 4 CopA), and brief, properly referenced quotation.
Software components remain subject only to the mandatory exceptions provided by law, in particular acts necessary for interoperability and backup copies.
