1. Commitment

NETZERO SWISS AG aims for a website and platform that can be used with a keyboard, read with assistive technology and used on a small screen as well as outdoors. Section 4 shows where this goal has not yet been reached.

2. Conformance level

The target is level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2. At the date of publication, conformance is partial: the main criteria are met and a few points remain, listed below. This statement has not been subject to any external audit to date.

3. Measures applied

  • semantic document structure: hierarchical headings, navigation landmarks, real lists;
  • a skip link on every page, leading straight to the main content;
  • colour contrast checked on the colour tokens actually used, including on semi-transparent backgrounds;
  • visible focus indicator on every interactive element, without removing the default outline;
  • interactive components — tabs, carousels, accordions — built with the matching ARIA roles and properties and operable with the keyboard;
  • text alternatives for informative images, and an accessible description of the interactive map;
  • respect for the system reduced-motion preference: motion is disabled when the user asks for it;
  • fluid layout, usable up to high zoom levels, without horizontal scrolling.

4. Known limitations

  • some decorative map animations remain outside the system reduced-motion mode;
  • dense visualisations — the round map, the simulator — remain less comfortable than a data table; an equivalent text alternative is being added;
  • no independent audit has been carried out yet;
  • the site and its legal documents are available in French, English and German, the French version prevailing in case of discrepancy; the platform supports several working languages.

5. Technologies used

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG and self-hosted fonts. The site is designed for recent versions of common browsers, with main content that stays readable even when animations or some scripts do not run.

6. Assessment method

The assessment relies on internal checks: end-to-end keyboard navigation, automated checking of contrast ratios on the colours actually used, verification that every screen can be reached from the main navigation, and review of the semantic structure.

7. Report a problem

If a page is inaccessible to you, write to contact@travia-swiss.ch stating the address concerned, the difficulty encountered and, if possible, the assistive technology and browser used. We reply as quickly as possible and provide the requested information by other means if the fix takes time.
