B2B distribution

B2B delivery
many customers, little slack

In B2B, every customer has their own hours, dock and habits. A plan that ignores them costs kilometres and phone calls. Travia treats them as constraints and builds rounds your customers can actually receive.

The constraints of the trade

What weighs on every day

01

Dozens of customers per round

The more stops, the more the order matters, and the less it can be set by hand without leaving kilometres on the road.

How Travia handles them

Computed call order

The engine orders the stops and distributes customers across vehicles at the level of the day, within the stored windows and capacities.

02

Contractual delivery windows

Some customers require a window, others a latest time, others a specific day. The penalty for missing it is not always in the contract, but it is paid all the same.

How Travia handles them

Windows and priorities stored

Time windows, latest times and priorities are calculation parameters. The plan keeps them or reports what cannot be kept.

03

Access and site instructions

Dock, tail lift, badge, on-site contact: the instructions live in the regular driver’s head and are lost when he changes.

How Travia handles them

Instructions stored with the customer

Access instructions are recorded per site and shown to the driver in the app, whoever is driving.

04

Priorities between customers

When not everything fits, who is served first? The answer is rarely written down and depends on who is planning.

How Travia handles them

Visible trade-offs

If an order cannot be placed, it is reported with the constraint that blocks it, for dispatch to decide.

What you measure

The real-day test

Kilometres
Total distance of the rebuilt day, compared with the day actually driven.
Planning time
Time dispatch spent building the plan, against calculation and approval time.
Vehicle utilisation
Payload and time in use of each vehicle, round by round.
Round quality
Windows met, constraints respected, trade-offs still made by hand.
Sector questions

Before you send us a day

Can we test with a single day of orders?

Yes, that is exactly the suggested approach: a real day with its orders, vehicles and constraints, rebuilt by Travia and compared with what was driven.

Can customers be told the arrival time?

The expected time of each stop comes from the plan and is updated by tracking. How it is shared with customers is set during the design phase.

Does our ERP remain the reference for orders?

Yes. Travia takes the orders, returns rounds and statuses, and does not replace order management.

What if we tested Travia
on a real day?

Send us your current rounds. We reproduce your constraints and compare the results with your current organisation.
